About The Event
Catch Up Slot Terms-
Please note catch up lessons are not guaranteed, catch up lessons are a good will gesture to ensure swimmers are able to progress as they would without missing lessons, where lessons have been cancelled our instructors are still paid for their time and our overheads are still ongoing when a customer cannot attend a lesson.
Catch up slots are not guaranteed with the same instructor teaching a regular session, where possible catch up slots can be allocated with a regular instructor. Refusal where the current instructor is not possible will mean forfeiting a catch up slot.
As you can appreciate there is a high amount of administrative effort required when organizing catch up slots, we see the benefit to try where possible to ensure the most consistency with your child’s lesson. In consideration letting us know you aren’t able to make a regular space…
